We are delighted to announce the return of our Art Reach programme, a members-led arts group for learning-disabled artists.
On Wednesday 3rd May we will be opening the doors of the Cowane Centre for a day of art, sound, movement, socialising and refreshments. We will be watching films from the Art Reach archive, making art and moving in a dynamic free workshop, planning for the future of Art Reach and meeting one another (or re-meeting!) in person, after a long break from the project. New members are welcome!
Art Reach is an inclusive member-led group welcoming predomninantly adults with learning disabilities and neurodiverse people and friends and/or unpaid carers from across Stirling and Forth Valley, and we look forward to this first of many Art Reach projects for 2023.
The event runs from 10am - 3pm - a detailed itinerary will be sent out before. We encourage attendees to join us for the whole day but you are also more than welcome to attend for a portion of the event.
The Cowane Centre is close to Stirling Train Station and has good bus links. There is disabled parking and the site has good accessibility, but please note any access requirement when booking, which can be via voicemail to 01786450971 (please leave your contact details) or via email to info@artlinkcentral.org
